Thank you for your interest in our products.

Most Heimat Matsumoto products are made to order. Please allow approximately 2–4 weeks for production before shipment.

International orders are shipped via EMS. Once your order has been dispatched, we will send a tracking number by e-mail.

Estimated delivery time is approximately 1–2 weeks after shipment, depending on the destination country and local customs procedures.

Please note that the value of purchased items must be declared on the EMS shipping documents.

We can assist with shipment inquiries while the parcel remains in Japan. After the parcel leaves Japan, please contact your local postal service or delivery carrier using the tracking number provided.

We are not responsible for delays, customs duties, taxes, loss, or accidents that occur after the parcel has left Japan.

当店の商品は受注生産品が中心となっております。ご注文後、発送までに2〜4週間ほどお時間をいただく場合がございます。

海外への配送はEMSにて発送いたします。発送完了後、追跡番号をメールにてお知らせいたします。

お届けまでの目安は発送後1〜2週間程度ですが、配送先の国や通関状況により前後する場合があります。

EMSの送り状には、ご購入いただいた商品の金額を記載する必要がありますので、あらかじめご了承ください。

発送後のお荷物状況については、日本国内にある間のみ当店で確認可能です。日本国外へ到着後は、追跡番号をご利用のうえ、配送先国の郵便事業者または配送会社へお問い合わせください。

また、日本国外で発生した遅延・紛失・破損・事故・関税等につきましては、当店では責任を負いかねますのでご了承ください。
